Un restaurant participatif dans la grande halle de Colombelles
_Projet en partenariat avec l’association du WIP dans le cadre de la réhabilitation de La grande halle par Construire et Encore Heureux.
Création d’un espace permettant la mise en place d’un atelier culinaire participatif basé sur les différentes cultures culinaires. L’atelier, ouvert à toute la population est l’occasion de partager un moment autour de la cuisine. Cet atelier culinaire peut accueil cinq personnes et environ quinze personnes extérieures peuvent venir déguster les plats. Sur les cinq personnes participantes à l’atelier, il y a une personne qui anime en venant partager un repas issu de sa culture. Les autres personnes viennent de façon volontaire pour découvrir la cuisine d’une culture différente. L’aménagement a été pensé pour faciliter l’usage des différents utilisateurs. Cette grande cuisine ouverte, accessible à tous est organisée comme une cuisine domestique pour permettre de donner des repères aux différents utilisateurs habitués à leur cuisine. Le plan de travail se mêle aux tables des clients pour créer une proximité. Pour garder l’ambiance familière le mobilier a été récupéré.

A participative restaurant in the big hall of Colombelles
_Project in partnership with association WIP as part of the rehabilitation of the big hall by Construire and Encore Heureux.
Rethinking the idea of a restaurant by creating a space for arranging a participatory culinary workshop. This workshop can welcome five people at the same time and about fifteen people outside can come to eat in this space. Of the five people participating in the workshop, there is a person who comes to share a meal from his culture. Other people come voluntarily to discover the cuisine of a different culture in the desire to learn and share their time by putting it to the benefit of others. The layout has been designed to facilitate the use of different users. This large open kitchen, accessible to all is organized as a domestic kitchen to give reference to the different users accustomed to their kitchen. The work plan mixes with the tables of the customers to create a proximity. To keep the familiar universe the furniture has been recovered.
